Create or Link a Staff Profile to OWNA


💻 Staff/HR > Manage Staff > Edit 
Customers also using OWNA can link to one or more existing staff accounts. This connects the profiles and allows Staff Documents to be synced to (and accessed from) their OWNA login.

Create a new profile in OWNA


  1. Go to the Linking & Permissions tab (in the employee's profile)
  2. Click on the field under the 'Create account in OWNA' heading
  3. Select centre(s)
  4. Click Create Staff Account in OWNA


Link to an existing account in OWNA

💡The employee's name must be entered exactly the same in both profiles!

If the staff profile has already been created in OWNA, you can link to their existing profile rather than creating one. This will use the employee's name to match their profiles.


  1. Go to the Linking & Permissions tab (in the employee's profile)
  2. Click on the field under the 'Link up to OWNA Staff Accounts' heading
  3. Select centre(s)
  4. Click Link up Staff


    Updating Staff Profiles to OWNA


    Once connected, certain fields will be locked in OWNA and can only be updated in erly. Any time you update details in erly, it will also update any linked profiles automatically in OWNA.
