Activating Your Subscription

⚠️ There is an additional fee for OWNA HR & Payroll: $8 per active employee/month (billed monthly in advance).

You will need to be a Full Admin HQ user to authorise the activation of HR & Payroll.

  1. Create a Helpdesk Ticket to begin and provide:
    • Your Group Name
    • Registered Business Name (Primary Pay Entity)
    • Business Address
    • ABN
  2. Update your HR Subscription billing details (Complete after step 1 is confirmed)
