Introduction
About
OWNA HQ is an enterprise management portal that offers users the ability to consolidate reports from multiple locations, execute bulk actions, and oversee top-level access for administrators and other users.
Setup
If your organisation is new to OWNA or you are bringing on a second service, ask your Onboarding representative to set up your HQ login.
- Access OWNA HQ by going to https://hq.owna.com.au/
- You will need to set up MFA when you first log in
How It Works
Your HQ profile is a 'Super User' that links multiple Staff/Admin profiles into a single login.

Permissions
There are three levels of permissions that you can hold as a Super User:
- Staff - Multiple centre logins
- Admin - Access to some HQ functions
- Full Admin - Access to all HQ functions
In addition to your Super User permission, you will also still have certain permissions for each centre/service you are linked to.
Access Centres
💡 You can only be logged into one centre at a time!
From any page:
- Select from the list of services you are linked to from the dropdown
- Click Go to Dashboard
