Late Sign Out - Applying Late Fees

The Late Sign Out report in the HQ portal allows admins to run a report for all children who have been signed out after the Session of Care end time and then bulk apply late charges to their accounts.
Requirements
🔑 You will need a HQ login with Full Admin or Admin + Children/Attendances
Steps
- Go to Children/Attendances > Late Sign Out
- Select a date range (defaults to last 7 days)
- Click Get Report
- Bulk (or individually) select sessions to apply a late fee against
Click Apply Late Fee
Enter the fee
Click Apply Late Fee

Things to consider
- The report will only allow you to Apply one late fee for each session (this will prevent accidental double-ups)
- If there is no checkbox, it is because a fee has already been applied or the child is not linked to a Family Account
- If the parent picked up two children late at the same time, both may attract a late change unless one of them is unticked
- The signed-out time will turn orange if it exceeds the Centre Closing Time
