Updating Your OWNA HR & Payroll Subscription

💻 HR/Payroll > Configure > HR/Payroll Subscription

  • OWNA HR and Payroll subscriptions are billed separately from your OWNA Portal invoices. 
  • You will need to update your payment details from the OWNA HQ dashboard.

⚠️ If you have more than 2 outstanding invoices, the system will automatically lock you your account. Please contact OWNA HR Support to get it unlocked.
