This feature enables HQ users to centrally manage IS Cases and submit Claims for cases across multiple services.

Managing Cases

Cases are added automatically once Inclusion Support has approved the application.

  • The system will make recommendations for attendance that can be used to create a claim for each child included in the case.
  • You can use the Case menu to manually add a new claim.
  • Case information will be automatically refreshed periodically, or it can be refreshed manually from the case menu.
  • You can track all the claims already submitted and processed under each case, as well as the payment amount (if any).
  • Your cases and claims can be exported to excel.

Submitting New Claims

  1. Click Create Claim under a case that has a recommendation or open the case menu and click New Claim
  2. Select the educator, days, and hours claiming
  3. Click Submit Claim

Suggested Claims

  • You will receive a weekly email which includes suggestions for all active Cases.
