Overview

This page allows you to check the current balance for each Family Account across all services in OWNA, check payment details, add transactions in bulk, and send emails/notifications.

Report Types

  • Current Families
  • Previous Families
  • Current & Previous Families
  • No Payment Details
  • Paused Accounts
  • Families with Debt
  • Families with Credits
  • Families with Regular Debit Set
  • Families with No Debit Day
  • Families with No Billing Schedule
  • CC (credit card) Expiring/Expired

Bulk Add Transactions

  1. Select families using the filters + select all functions (you can also individually select/unselect families using the checkbox)
  2. Open the Bulk Actions menu and click Bulk Add Transactions
  3. Choose if you would like to add a Debit or Credit
  4. Select the Transaction Category
  5. Enter the ($) Amount
  6. Enter a Description
  7. Click Add Transactions

Additional Options

  • Apply for Each Child -Ā tick if the amount is to be applied for each child rather than once per Family
  • Includes GST (Debit only) - tick if this value includes GST
  • Backdate - enters the transaction as of the chosen date

Send Emails

  1. Select families using the filters + select all functions (you can also individually select/unselect families using the checkbox)
  2. Open the Bulk Actions menu and click Email
  3. Select which email address to send the email from (you can also customise a different Reply-To email if desired)
  4. Enter the email Subject
  5. Enter the email content or select from a pre-built template
    • Special fields can be used to insert names and details
  6. Click Send

Additional Options

  • Enter a Schedule date and time to send the email later

View Sent Emails

  1. Go to the Centre (Portal) Dashboard
  2. Open the CRM menu and click Email Campaigns
  3. Click on the campaign list filter and select AdHoc

Send Notification

šŸ’” Push Notifications will only appear on the user's device under their Notifications Centre. This information is not stored in the app!

  1. Select families using the filters + select all functions (you can also individually select/unselect families using the checkbox)
  2. Open the Bulk Actions menu and click Notification
  3. Enter the notification Title
  4. Enter the notification message
    • Special fields can be used to insert names and details\
    • Max 200 characters
  5. Click Send

Additional Options

  • Click Schedule Notification and enter a scheduled date and time to send the notification later
