Linking Job Applications from Seek

Seek Integration

Overview

The integration with Seek allows you to create a position in OWNA HR (Positions/Vacancies) and link it with a job posted in Seek so that applications are collected in your Recruitment Tracker.

Setup

  1. Log-in to your Seek account
  2. Go to https://talent.seek.com.au/partners/link-your-software/
  3. Search for or select "erly" in the list of providers
  4. Enter your Connection Request Details
  5. Select SEEK Optimised Apply as the supported product
    • You will be sent an email to confirm your integration details
Once you have received your confirmation email:
  1. Go to HR/Payroll > Recruit/Onboard > Positions/Vacancies
  2. Enter the 'OID' & 'Advertiser ID' in the Seek Configuration tab
  3. Click Update Seek Details

💡Once the integration has been configured, you will need to add Positions in OWNA HR and link them to job ads in Seek!

Add Positions in HR

  1. Go to HR/Payroll > Recruit/Onboard > Positions/Vacancies
  2. Click Add Position
  3. Enter the position details
  4. Click Add Position

💡 After you have added the position, you can copy the Ref ID for Seek!

 Create the Position in Seek 

  1. Log-in to your Seek portal
  2. Click Create a job ad
  3. Enter all required fields for your job listing
  4. Select an ad type
  5. Select branding and enter the job description
  6. Select Screening questions
  7. Enter your Position Ref ID from WORKR into the Internal job reference (IMPORTANT!)
  8. Click Continue and then post your ad

Review Applications in the Recruitment Tracker

  1. Go to HR/Payroll > Recruit/Onboard > Positions/Vacancies
  2. Enter a date range
  3. Click Search
  • Click on th Seek icon to view full application details
  • Click on the document icon to view resume attachment
  • Click on the Action menu to manage the application
